Recipe adapted from Undressed Skeleton

3 medium over-ripped bananas
4 scoops of Vanilla Raw Protein Powder (about 1 cup)
2 scoops (about 1/2 cup) of PB2 *or natural peanut butter, but it’ll have more calories
1/3 cup Ground Flax Seeds
4 tsp Chia Seeds
1/4 cup Original Almond Milk, more or less to desired consistency of batter
1/4 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
~ Mash bananas with a fork or spoon. Stir in the protein powder and PB2 powder. Add in the flax seeds and chia seeds. Stir to combine then add in desired amount of almond milk if batter needs it, my batter was very powdery so I needed about 1/4 cup. Stir in chocolate chips.
~ Scoop heaping tablespoons of cookie dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Important: Spread the cookie dough balls out into cooked cookie shapes, as the batter will not spread while baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
